An enraged Leeds woman has gone viral after she was filmed throwing her ‘cheating boyfriend’s’ clothes into their hotel swimming pool.
Grace Mclean claims a mysterious party girl contacted her to say she slept with Matt, whose name has been changed, while he was away on holiday in Ibiza last month. But he thought he was single during the trip – even changing his Facebook relationship status.
It was just days after Grace of Roundhay believed they had become an official pair.

Enraged, the ‘scorned’ 22-year-old threw her clothes, shoes and Apple Airpods into the pool when she discovered the following week they were in Hurghada, Egypt.
However, Matt says they broke up when he went to Ibiza because he only changed his Facebook status to ‘a couple’ for ‘a day’ before changing it back to ‘single’ after an argument.
The shocking May 10 viral footage shows her pulling Matt’s luggage out of the suitcase and throwing things into the water.
Swimming instructor Grace says she’s proud she stayed on her feet and got through the “worst week of her life” to be able to go home and never see him again.
“I was so angry,” she said. “I just wanted him to be annoyed and I knew if I threw all his clothes in the pool it would piss him off.
“I was so determined to do it. After talking to this girl, the conversation continued in my head.
“I stormed into his room, put all his things in a suitcase. I stuffed his AirPods, his charger, all his toiletries and his shoes. I thought he’s wrong make fun of me and get away with it”.
“I asked the hotel front desk to take me in a golf cart to the pool, then I walked across the pool to where Matt was taking a sunbathing, then I threw it all away.
“I didn’t throw away the whole suitcase because I thought it wouldn’t float and her clothes would be dry, so I took everything out and threw it away little by little.
“I made sure I was doing a good job. He was laughing about it. He thought it was really funny and was calling me all kinds of names. I was scared he was running around the pool and throwing me.
“I didn’t mind the consequences. I was still happy to move to a hotel because I just wanted to get away from him.
“When I was throwing it all away I was like ‘this is what you get for sleeping with people in Ibiza and then lying about it’.
“I’m proud that I did it. I have no regrets because he deserved it.”
Grace and Matt met at summer camp in February. His advances and multiple dates have earned him his trust.
She also claims he was constantly texting her at the start of his guys’ holiday, but an argument over his Leeds outing meant they had a falling out over the half.
He had booked the holiday to Egypt for the couple to continue on their return, but was not planning to go because of the tiff until he changed his mind hours before the May 7 flight.
Grace enjoyed the first few days of vacation until her friend’s partner told her she heard Matt cheated in Ibiza.
She claims she had no proof but the next day she was called by a girl who claims to have slept with Matt while her guys were on vacation.
She broke out and threw her things in the pool less than 20 minutes later as their stunned pals filmed and watched.
Grace said: “I was a little scared to commit and didn’t really want a relationship beforehand, but he had built my confidence.
“I didn’t believe it at the very beginning. I didn’t think he would have done that. I didn’t have proof, so I didn’t start at first.
“I avoided him all day, then a friend messaged me on Facebook and said she had a message from a girl about Matt, then the girl called me.
“First day [of his lads’ holiday] he was constantly on the phone telling me he cared about me, so when was he sneaky enough to sleep with another girl? I was so bored.
“The rest of the holiday was really awkward. He kept denying it and apologizing but I said as soon as we got back we would never speak to each other again.
“We agreed to be civil but we weren’t really very civil. Usually you can walk away from someone but I was stuck with them. It was the worst week of my life.
“I had to pretend everything was fine on my vacation, but it wasn’t. I felt really lonely and it ruined my vacation. I need another one after this.
“When I got home I felt so bad. I don’t feel like I deserved it because I didn’t do anything wrong.
“He is [not a young lad], so you’d think he’s grown a bit. He was so immature.”
Clips of the pool incident have been viewed over half a million times and although the 22-year-old claims she is now “the laughing stock of Leeds”, one user said: “The laughing stock? More like a legend, queen!!!”
Another said: “You did nothing wrong!! Hold them accountable!!! A real boss.”
A third added: “No girl the joke was on him. Straighten your crown.”
Matt did not say if he slept with anyone in Ibiza, but claims he was single while there.
Matt said: “The day I arrived in Ibiza there was no relationship and I was single. I didn’t even want to go to Egypt but she told me to come as friends.
“It was on Facebook one day [the relationship status] then when I was in Ibiza.

“We got into a relationship on Facebook and it only lasted a day, because we had a fight about something, then I took him off Facebook, and that was it.
“I didn’t really talk to him when I was in Ibiza, then I came [home and] I told her that I wasn’t going to Egypt anymore, then the morning we were going, she said “let’s go as friends”. so that’s what we did.
“Then she got a message from someone saying whatever, then that’s when she dumped my suitcase in the pool.”
Grace says the rest of the vacation was “awkward” and she slept in her boyfriend’s room until they returned on Saturday May 14, when she cut off all contact with her ex.
Grace says Matt left half of his clothes in his suitcase and she’ll burn them this weekend while she barbecues.
The experience kept her away from a relationship for a while and she is looking forward to being single and spending time with her friends.
