Adorable Pet Halloween Costumes: The Staten Islanders Share Their Favorite Photos

STATEN ISLAND, NY — For many Staten Islanders, Halloween is a favorite holiday because it offers the chance to dress up and be whoever they want — not to mention partying with family and friends. The young and young at heart carefully plan their Halloween costumes, including costumes for their fur babies.
“I love my cat Mango,” said Angelica Mroczek of Randall Manor. “I want her to get in the Halloween spirit and take pictures of herself so we can look back one day and remember how cute she looked in her costumes.”
